Counseling
People seek counseling for a variety of reasons, often driven by the desire to improve their mental and emotional well-being. Many individuals turn to therapy when they face challenges such as anxiety, depression, or stress, which can arise from life transitions, relationship issues, or overwhelming responsibilities. Others may seek guidance to navigate specific situations, like infertility, parenting struggles, or work-related stress. Additionally, some individuals simply need a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings, finding value in the support of a trained professional who can offer objective insights and coping strategies. Ultimately, counseling provides an opportunity for personal growth and healing during difficult times.
