LCSW Supervision

In addition to her clinical work, Mindy Harrison, offers LCSW supervision services designed to support the professional growth of emerging clinicians. Ms. Harrison adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council and the Social Work Board, which require a minimum of four hours of supervision per month. Each session provides a space to discuss caseload management, clinical interventions, ethical dilemmas, and personal development as a clinician. We may also explore topics such as treatment planning, documentation practices, self-care strategies, and navigating difficult client relationships.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for the LCSW supervision, you must currently hold a LMSW license and be working as a social worker in a clinical environment. Supervisees will need to accumulate a total of 100 supervision hours within 24 to 48 months, along with 3,000 total work hours to submit to the board. Individual meetings are held weekly for one hour at a rate of $75 per session, ensuring that you receive tailored guidance and support as you navigate your career in social work.
